Shankaracharya Math

This math is in Shukravar Peth on the way to the Panchaganga Ghat. It is an old two-stored structure without any embellishments or architectural points. It is, however, very old. Shankaracharya of Sankeshwar occupies the building. Although formerly it was a part of the Sankeshwar Math, the link was broken about 50 years ago and now the Kolhapur math also known as Karveer Pitha.
