Shivaji University

 

Late Hon. Yashwantrao Chavan and Balasaheb Desai lead in establishing this University in 1963. This is an achievement in the Maharashtra Educational field. Sangali, Satara and Solapur come under its jurisdiction. Every year more than one million students appear for the S.S.C. exam. Many sections like main office, Barrister Khardekar Library, Biology building, Cultural Hall, Humanity building, boys and girls Hostel are available here. There is a special Hall for convocation ceremony. Powerful management systems to controlling for the administration are attracted various institutes for all over India.
